Lana Bright Owner & Director of SPACE Studio I have been inspired by many extra-ordinary teachers in my life. My deep love of yoga and meditation has been strengthened by extensive training in body, mind & meditation with Sarah Powers, Insight Yoga Institute. My mindfulness training also draws from the work of Dr Jon Kabat-Zinn, my studies with the Mindfulness Training Institute Australasia and Dr Rick Hanson.
