Pilates is a whole body movement system, addressing stability, strength and flexibility, refining posture and assisting injury recovery. Pilates is for anyone who wants to move with grace and confidence and sustain long-term fitness. Our approach is holistic and our team of experienced instructors teach enjoyable and effective exercise to those wanting to improve their physical health and well-being. Each class is highly supervised and tailored towards the individual needs of the client. We work as a team to support each client and to ensure their continual progress and development. At The Pilates Studio we stay true to the core principles of pilates and are continually evolving our practice to reflect the latest thinking around biomechanics and movement. The Pilates Studio uses an online booking system, Mindbody Online, which makes booking and changing sessions, as well as viewing account details easy.
