The Yoga Studio offers a variety of classes and course, suitable for every level of yoga practicioner. We also offer meditation workshops, restorative yoga and woman's rewilding circles and QOYA, as well as offsite retreats. Find out more by following the links below: Beginners Course Our 6 week beginner course has been carefully curated to offer you a broad and fun introduction to yoga. Learn basic positions and styles in a safe and friendly space. The Runner's Sessions The Runner's Sessions is a 3 class series where you will learn basic running anatomy, stretches to benefit a runners body and ideas on how to stave off injury. Friday Night Restorative Friday Night Restorative is a 90 minute practice that will leave you super relaxed and ready for your weekend. QOYA Qoya is a movement system based on the idea that through dance we remember who we truly are. The Yoga Studio is available for hire. $30 (+GST) per hour with full access to yoga mats, blocks, bolsters and blankets. Regular weekly bookings or bookings for one off workshops welcome. Yoga is my reset button, my place of calm and constantly flows over into my daily life enabling me to have deeper connections with my whanau, friends & Papatūānuku. Nadine Humphrys Yoga has taught me to slow down and enjoy each moment I started practising yoga 5 years ago with my husband Bryce (full credit to him for suggesting we give it a go). From the first moment we entered the cosy, welcoming studio in Marsden Village we fell in love with Yoga. Two years later we were down in Nelson completing a 200 hour YAC Teacher Training course. In my first year as an Instructor, I taught free classes twice a week to busy teachers and admin staff at local Wellington schools. In the past two years I have instructed Hatha Flow and Restorative Yoga classes at the studio, along with the occasional private class at home.
