My first and last impression of Vana is a sense of calm - a state of fluidity which took away a heaviness I did not even know I was carrying till it lifted! I found the food consultation at first quite hard (as it was taking out stuff I eat most), but the food here was great, it takes away the bad stuff without making you miss it. I was a bit wary of what personalisation they would do, as they only tell you what you will do once you get there. However, they took the effort to answer all my questions, explained in detail how the treatment related to what I had revealed about my lifestyle. The Abhyanga massage was the absolute best, with two sets of hands gently putting you to sleep. Happy that Christina from Healing Holidays suggested I go here! Thank you!!
