She also receives clients for coaching and bodywork at her base in East Croydon. Her journey began in 2008 when she started teaching yoga and pregnancy yoga at St Andrews, Waterloo. She has since created a variety of classes building on her experience and feedback from attendees.
Having also trained in NLP and Energetic Bodywork she applies this to her teaching methods. his gentle highly-effective practice for expectant mums combines yoga and some hypnobirthing techniques for your optimum experience. The aim of this class is to promote vitality during pregnancy and help to prepare you for birth.
With strengthening postures to build stamina for labour, stretches to create space within the body for your growing baby helping you feel more comfortable and effective breathing and relaxation techniques to empower you for a calm birth.
The class focus on preventing and dealing with common pregnancy related ailments such as heartburn, sciatica and S.P.D, and involve massage techniques that can be used during labour.
Practice will support you in being more comfortable during the emotional and physical changes that take place during the second and third trimester. And help prepare you for a more calm and comfortable birth – however it shows up!
