We offer a wide range of classes that combine strength, flexibility and stability to body and mind. The lessons are based on unique and proven methods: Bikram Yoga, Baptist Yoga, Hot Pilates, Bar Lessons and Solithics.

The various classes offered at our hot studio combine traditional yoga and pilates with new methods developed after in-depth studies, in order to maximize your physical abilities and bring you results. In SOL we offer 5 unique lessons based on different practice principles, different emphases, variable length of length and variable intensity.

The various classes are adapted to all levels and accessible to everyone, from the virgin practitioner to the most experienced practitioner. Our wide range of SOL offers you the freedom to choose and adapt the lesson to your personal experience, your time and your mood, while enjoying a shared practice as a warm family.
