Anjali Studio - Pilates & Wellness

After suffering a shoulder injury, my doctor recommended that I practice Pilates. I signed up with my 14 year old daughter who had acquired bad posture during the pandemic. From the first day you can feel the benefits after a month of practicing it, my daughter improved her posture and I recovered my range of motion almost 100%. All this in a pleasant environment, very well equipped and with first class instructors. I totally recommend it!

I highly recommend the Pilates classes at Anjali Studio. The teacher is super prepared and corrects the postures until they are perfect for you. I've been going for more than 4 months now and I love Pilates. I feel that my posture has improved, my muscles are firmer and I am becoming more flexible. I'm happy at Anjali Studio!
