Sophia and Natalie are absolutely amazing at taking a beginner and working patiently and progressively with the poses until you're ready and self-confident to join the normal classes. The classes consist of wonderful members that make the entire experience more than just physical strength benefits. Highly recommended 👌

Yoga was always something I've done. But never practiced nor experienced. In the past 5 weeks Sophia and Natalie took me on a spiritual yoga journey. I am so grateful for Free Spirt Yoga has me in my feelings and I'm looking forward to joining the rest of the classes
