His goal is to bring yoga to the modern individual using yoga as a tool to cope with the fast paced environment, gaining awareness and becoming more mindful in every day life. This ranges from power yoga to ashtanga yoga to vinyasa flow and even gentle yoga classes. With over 3500 teaching hours behind his name, he has the experience to work with beginners or advanced students. He spends a lot of time presenting workshops with a strong focus on arm balances and inverted poses. He has travelled to many different countries around the world and up to date he has taught and attended yoga classes and workshops on 6 continents in over 18 countries.
Eon also presents teacher training courses in Pretoria East where he qualifies yoga students as Level 1 yoga teachers (RYS200). His classes feature a strong focus on alignment and breath. His students can expect a physically demanding class, but taught in a unique, youthful manner. His diverse knowledge of yoga education, philosophy, health, and the spiritual dimensions of yoga, supports his foundation of instilling a balanced lifestyle upon his learners. With weekly classes and workshops there are many opportunities to join in on one of his classes at his studio space in Waterkloof, Pretoria.
