The Nuga House

Although I didn’t stay there we had the opportunity to have two meals which were amazing. The food was awesome! Creative, fresh, flavorful and very clean. Atmosphere in the public area was great and the owners are extremely hospitable. Definitely will stay there next time I am around

It was a beautiful place.. A well designed simple villa with just the right amount of space and seclusion. It was a calm oasis in that area There are little things that needs to be improved but from the looks of it, they've sorted them out in the new wing...

I didn't sleep at nuga house because I already had a room. The welcoming is warming, the food is healthy and delicious. So if you re willing to Chill, read a book with delicious beverage, be surrounded by nice people or do some yoga in this chilling place

After two and a half week traveling through Srilanka we ended up in The Nuga House, after a warm welcome with a fresh juice we felt immediately relaxed in a good atmosphere. Tom and Magali made a little paradise: the rooms are spacious, clean and confortable, the pool is great to chill and the living-eating area (Don't forget to ask for the coconut iced latte!!) is very homie plus the amazing possibility of doing yoga upstairs (thank you Magali!!) and the closeness to the beach where you can surf :D On the other hand, the communication and the service is excellent. Love the staff, the dogs...everything we asked for was easy peasy and no problems at all (scooters, extra towels, whatever) For sure, if we come back to Srilanka we will stay at The Nuga House :) Después de dos semanas viajando por Srilanka, llegamos a The Nuga House, con una cálida bienvenida acompañada de un zumo recién hecho, notamos una atmósfera buena y relajada. Tom y Magali han construido un pequeño paraíso: las habitaciones son espaciosas, limpias y cómodas; la piscina es genial para relajarse y el área de estar-comedor (No olvidéis de pediros el Coconut Iced Latte!!) es súper acogedor además de la fantástica posibilidad de hacer yoga en el piso de arriba (gracias Magali!!) y la cercanía a la playa donde poder surfear :) Por otro lado, la comunicación y el servicio es excelente. Adoramos al personal, los perros...Cualquier cosa que pidiésemos era fácil y sin problemas(motos, toallas extras, lo que fuera) Por supuesto, si volvemos a Srilanka, nos alojaremos en The Nuga House :)
