OPENYOGA
With great passion and curiosity, we operate OPENYOGA at Kramgasse 68 and at Münzgraben 4, right in the center of Bern.The teaching staff comes from Switzerland, Germany, Canada, England, Australia, Slovenia and the USA - as diverse as the countries of origin of the teachers, the practiced yogastiles are also diverse: from flowing Vinyasa flow yoga to yin yoga to athletic yoga . Together, however, we have a good atmosphere: calm, concentration, mindfulness, humor, joy and simplicity.
Yoga can be understood as a union, integration and harmony of body and mind. Through a conscious breathing, mindful movement and targeted relaxation, yoga helps to achieve inner balance, serenity and self-confidence. The mind comes to rest - the body becomes supple and strong. A regular yogapraxis has many positive positive effects on the body: improved posture, strengthened trunk muscles, more flexible joints and a generally more precise body feeling. On the mental level, too, yoga leads to desirable changes: the stress relief is accelerated, the ability to concentrate is increased, and the mental discipline is promoted.
In the OPENYOGA, newcomers as well as advanced can experience a challenging and at the same time soothing Yogapraxis - and so we roll out the mats and look forward to you!
RETREATS
Retreats offer the opportunity to withdraw from everyday life and to practice yoga outside the usual framework.In addition to the normal retreats with emphasis on yoga and daily, multi-hour yogapraxis we also want to offer combined retreats: a little less yoga, and something more of the other
