Hello and welcome to the Hot Yoga Society!

We’re London’s biggest community of happy hot yoga lovers, brought together by our passion for staying fit, feeling great, and putting hot yoga at the centre of a healthy lifestyle, for the body and mind.

Our studio, nestled in the heart of London Bridge, is where we encourage our hundreds of members to use hot yoga as the key to a happy, healthy life; whether to get fit, de-stress, lose weight or heal injuries. But don’t take our word for it – see what they have to say here!
