Melt Pilates And Hot Yoga Studio

I did my first beginner hot yoga class and I’ve never felt so good leaving a studio. Aga was patient with us beginners, calming with her voice, and so helpful with her corrections. We can’t wait to go back!!!

Agnes and the other yoga instructors know their craft well!! Hot yoga is the best, and hardest, workout I’ve ever had. I’m building crazy strength, tone and flexibility. Love it and you should definitely give it a try!!!

I used to hate yoga. And tried out a few places. But once I started at Melt I really started to love it. The atmosphere is cozy and peaceful. And the instructors are amazing. Must try one of Agnes’s classes!!

I discovered Melt about a month ago. I absolutely love the space, the instructors and Shannon. I signed up for a 21-day Yoga cleanse with Jodi which has been detoxifying and healing for me going into the new year.I had my first orientation/training around pilates with Shannon and can’t wait to start my practice. I’m definitely going to be a life-long customer. I highly recommend!

So I have suffered from back pain, botched surgery and years of agony. My Dr. recently mentioned trying yoga to rebuild and stretch my core. I was terrified and a little embarrassed at my lack of flexibility and not owning yoga pants. Long story short, I messaged Shannon Tampa and inquired about hot yoga, She was wonderful and sincere about her belief that this could definitely help me, along with my continued fitness training. Also made it so comfortable to try something new. This was something beyond what I expected, and grateful for the chance to experience something .. I thought I sweated a lot at the gym, hot yoga ummm, way more! Agnes, the instructor, was awesome and made me feel great. So I am really happy to have reached out to you Shannon Tampa. First class facility, and awesome experience.. highly recommend, if you have ever thought about trying something new and amazingly healthy!
