Align Brooklyn is a yoga-based boutique fitness studio in the South Slope, Brooklyn. We offer mindful practices for functional vitality. Yoga styles include: Vinyasa, Hatha & Iyengar. We also offer fantastic fusion classes that mix yoga with Pilates and barre. And to round things out we offer TRX and functional training HIIT/interval cardio circuit style classes as well. One of our most unique features is our Great Wall that accommodates 10 students at a time and allows us to affix a wide variety of equipment from Iyengar props to TRX suspension and rip trainers to barres to Pilates bands that mimic tower and reformer workouts. The studio itself is bright and spacious with bamboo floors, bay windows, skylights and a mid-century modern feel. Align Brooklyn is owned by Dr. Brown, a chiropractor specializing in sports performance and injury, and his wife, Pam, who manages behind-the-scenes tasks. All of our offerings are focused around the idea of alignment to prevent injury and increase vitality. We offer mindful practices for functional vitality including yoga, Pilates, barre, functional training, chiropractic & functional nutrition. Our array of classes are centered around one theme: alignment of body and mind. The synthesis of strength, core stability, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness, balance, optimal nutritional status, and mental awareness creates wellness. Align Brooklyn is owned by a chiropractor, who specializes in sports injury and performance, and so we are able to provide clients with the highest quality fitness and wellness science available.
