Sangha Yoga Shala is a sophisticated spiritual community studio independently owned and operated since 2009. Founded by Alana Kessler, a native New Yorker practicing yoga since the 90’s, Sangha Yoga Shala is intended to serve as an urban sanctuary where you will discover how to “nourish yourself and feed the world†through community, arts, yoga and mindful living. Offering a variety of traditional and accessible yoga classes and led by a diverse team of professional and welcoming teachers, Sangha Yoga Shala welcomes all shapes, sizes and experience.

We offer a variety of yoga classes for all levels including- Intro to Ashtanga, Basics, Ashtanga Yoga (Mysore-style and Guided), Ashtanga – Inspired Vinyasa, Open level Vinyasa, Candlelight Vinyasa, Iyengar, Prenatal, Post-Natal/Baby & Me, Anusara, and other workshops and community events.

All breakfasts, 5 lunches, 4 dinners. Simple daily breakfasts enjoyed in the privacy of your own casa in the mornings. Your casa will be supplied with light breakfast food and drink for the week. Delicious, authentic Mexican lunches will be held in the Sky Temple. (There will be one packed lunch prepared on the day of our waterfall hike.) Three group dinners in the village and a closing dinner in the Sky Temple. A closing breakfast at Café Bahía overlooking the bay before getting on the boat to return to Puerto Vallarta.
