Truly lovely, inspiring place! Sri Dharma is amazing - he always gently pushes me to my limit. I’ve been so inspired by his teachings and my life has totally changed as a result. I’ve become healthier on the inside and out since starting to practice Dharma Yoga. The Center is super special - it feels like home away from home. The staff are great; warm and welcoming and always hug me when I come up from DC. I’ve never been attracted to NYC but since learning about the Dharma Yoga Center, I love NY! It taught me to love, to be open and be receptive. I’m so grateful for all I’ve gotten from the Center and the people there! Thank you all!

I first walked into the Dharma Yoga Center in 2012 and felt like I had walked into heaven. I had never been in a place that felt as much like home to me as the center did and knew I needed to one day come back and train with Dharma. In 2016 I returned to the center to complete it's 500 hr Life of a Yogi Teacher Training program and study with Dharma for 2.5 months. The experience completely changed my perspective of life.
