This was the first place I did "real" yoga and I always come back even if I take a break for a bit. The instructors are wonderful and compassionate and I always walk out feeling like I've had a full body massage-- complete with peace of mind.

Yoga in Daily Life has given me more hope and encouragement about living a better and less painful life. I have Seronegative Spondyloarthritis, Hashimoto’s, and other Chronic pain issues. Along with having one kidney I am unable to take anti inflammatory drugs for long periods of time; and, I’m not much for taking pain medications daily! Yoga was recommended many years ago but I ignored it until a car accident caused more pain than I am capable of handling on my own. The therapists released me with little progress or any hope of relief. Well, I went to a Free Senior Day taught by “Kailash Purohit” on a Friday. Must admit that for two days following the class I was in “orbit”! Yes, pain everywhere! But on Monday I returned for a second class with The faith that I would feel better each time. Guess what? “ I DID FEEL BETTER!” When Kailash tells me not to push too hard I smile because so much of the constant pains I’ve suffered with for over 40 years has decreased. It’s bearable and she has given me exercises to lessen the pains from home on non-yoga days. Thank you for having so many classes available at different times for those of us that are still working. And, thank you to the other teachers that I am slowly meeting as I sample other classes... you All are the Best! ??

I tried this place on a groupon for 90 days. What a deal! Went 3x a week to help with plantar fasciitis recovery and alleviate stiff neck and tight hips from desk job. I love it!! Will continue a couple of times per week. Has helped with my posture, flexibility, breathing and handling stress. Never thought much about yoga until I tried it. Now a fan. Wish I would started this years ago.

I've been a serious student at, "Yoga In Daily Life," Buford, GA for a year. I started because I had so many foot, knee, ankle, and leg injuries for running and lifting weights that I wanted some way to continue exercising until my injuries could heal. My concept of Yoga was that it was mainly for housewives stretching and taking deep breaths. I was surprised to see just how physically challenging it really was, even for the simplest positions, in my case, were difficult. I started with one session a week, and after 6 weeks I advanced to twice a week. It gradually got some better, but I'm still challenged. I'll continue at this level and frequency, until its no longer such a challenge and then I'll increase my efforts.
The good thing is that the results were worth the challenge. I have been exposed to every type of exercise there is, but for me none have given me the results and benefits as Yoga in Daily Life has. I'm a chubby, little, 74 year old man. I no longer have foot, ankle, knee, leg or back problems. I would say to the contrary that I am strong and flexible in all of those areas. I can actually feel the strength in my entire body, especially my feet, as odd as that may sound. It was just something that I never thought about and it was a pleasant surprise to me to have strong feet. Everything about my life is better, thats why they claim that it is a complete body, mind and spirit exercise. I am a living example that it's true.
I have increased my sessions to three times a week and eventually I hope to even increase that. It is not boring and always challenging.
Any Yoga may be good, but "Yoga In Daily Life," is great.
