Signature LifePower Yoga

Exclusive to Life Time, our signature formats have created a loyal following. Every class is a celebration of strength beyond the physical.

Vinyasa

Hotter than our other yoga classes, set at 90°F – 95°F. Flow to upbeat music and have the freedom to move at your own pace.

Ashtanga Vinyasa

A vigorous practice, you’ll focus on a progressive series of postures. This class will concentrate on breathing and the strength of your physical body.

Restorative Yin

Satisfying, deep stretching of the connective tissue, with the support of props.
