KMC Colorado is the mother center to the Kadampa centers in Colorado. Founded almost 20 years ago, KMC Colorado is part of a network of over a thousand Kadampa Buddhist Meditation Centers and branches world-wide. It is a non-profit organization established to provide people in Colorado with the opportunity to learn about and practice Buddha’s teachings and meditations as an effective way to solve our daily problems and discover our enormous capacity for inner peace and happiness.
KMC Colorado has arisen from the compassionate intention and vision of the internationally renowned Buddhist teacher and author Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, and is dedicated to the happiness and freedom of every living being.
