Join Katie on Tuesdays and Fridays for this well-rounded, well-catered hour for the older adult, focusing on cardio-respiratory, stretching, shoulder stabilization, balance, coordination and bone building strengthening exercises with music you remember. Bring some old friends, meet some new ones. Socialize while improving your quality of life.
TRX Suspension Training Classes
6 days/week limited space available–register online to reserve a spot. Please bring a pair of clean, dry tennis shoes or go barefoot for your workout. Similar to Pilates results, TRX workouts increase flexibility, build strength and endurance while burning calories and defining your core.
