Monique has been teaching Pilates at The Studio of Unique Fitness since January of 2007. She received her Pilates certification from January Bess Steward in The Bess Method at The Studio of Unique Fitness. Monique has an extensive background in dance and has been teaching ballet at local dance studios since 2000. She received most of her training in ballet, modern and jazz at The Cleo Parker Robinson Dance School and later danced professionally with The Cleo Parker Robinson Dance Ensemble and other local dance companies. Monique is honored to now exclusively teach Pilates, ballet and barre fusion at The Studio of Unique Fitness.
