barre3 Physical Fitness Pilates Henderson

This is a beautiful, clean studio! Most boutique studios look nice, but are cheap and falling apart. They offer free towel service and filtered water. The instructors were friendly, inclusive and helpful. The workout is intense - my legs were jello for a few days and my abs were screaming. Nonetheless, it's a fun workout with high energy and loud music. Be prepared to work.

I started to go to Barre3 Doylestown to get ready for my Snow Goddess Retreats vacation week of skiing in Hakuba, Japan. Focused on my goal, I was able to build up to working out every other day and I am so grateful that I felt the shakes and quakes in class and NOT on the slopes! It was the perfect preparation to truly enjoy every moment on the slopes!!
