barre3 Physical Fitness Pilates Livingston

Barre3 is a life changer. It's made me stronger, healthier, and happier in both my body and my mind. Aside from the Lehigh Valley studios, Bethlehem being my home studio location, I've visited barre3's in Seattle and Denver (both for weddings) and am amazed by the strong and welcoming sense of community that comes with being a barre3 member. What first started as a "helping out a new instructor" visit has developed into a real part of my fitness regiment that helps balance my body out from heavier weight training so that I can stay lean and flexible. What I did not expect was that it would also help lower my golf score, which for me, has been a pretty awesome byproduct.

I watch the sun rise on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays over the Monocacy creek & enjoy the geese swimming about, and then suddenly realize I'm sweating my derrière off & my legs are shaking furiously. This may seem picturesque and unremarkable until you understand that I am THE anti-morning person, the anti-balance person and thus, the stereotypical class clown. To extreme. But I'm hooked, I'm seeing results & I'm craving the next class!
