CINDY HUERTA

Cindy Huerta is a Colorado Native with a love for fitness and health with a commitment to having a body, mind connection. In 1987 she discovered Pilates as a student, finding Pilates a modality for her to rehabilitate from a back injury. Pilates opened the door to her discovery of the body and mind connection as well as to her journey to healing. She has been teaching Pilates for 13 years. In 2002, she completed over 700 hours of comprehensive Pilates training and an apprenticeship with Master Trainer, Lara Kolesar. Cindy is passionate about helping others utilize Pilates to improve their movement patters during sports, fitness and other life activities. Cindy also holds certificates in both barre fitness and TRX. When she is not teaching, Cindy enjoys cycling, dancing, yoga as well as hiking with her dog.
