Club Pilates Frisco is awesome! I have been going to classes at this location since May and absolutely love this studio. There are so many classes to choose from (various class types, levels, times and instructors). Nathalie, the owner, is so welcoming and has done a wonderful job of creating a friendly community for us. Christopher, the general manager, always greets you by name and with a smile. I have done Pilates videos and variations of Pilates principles in barre classes, but never had I done Pilates on the reformer and other equipment. I absolutely am in love with Pilates. I grew up as a dancer and on drill team and Pilates seems to be targeted for me. I haven't ever been able to stick to gym workouts or boot camp; just wasn't fun for me. This is very promising.
I'm currently training for a Physique competition which requires two-a-days for workouts and extreme macro tracking. I knew my body needed something less impact and strength/flexibility related. The emphasis on "core" here is amazing and the instructors each with their own knowledge bank is impressive. I've been in this industry a long time (without giving out my age) and I learn something new each and every time I'm here. I've been committing to Pilates (Reformer based) for a minimum of 4 times a week and I can see and feel a difference. I'm excited to continue the ❤️ for Pilates Reformer at Club Pilates Frisco.
I'd never had 2.0 class before nor had I had Alicia but I loved it. Alicia is great and very honest about what she is about to subject you to and I absolutely love her energy and encouragement along the way. Let's face it she is also very funny especially when you roll your eyes at here!
