barre3 Physical Fitness Pilates Metairie

Went to 2 classes this week with Kathleen on the mic. Loved the welcoming, friendly atmosphere, encouraging instruction, and the clean facilities. I had so much fun in the classes and my only regret is that I don't live here and won't be able to go again!

I LOVE BARRE3. I always feel so cleansed when I leave. What really sucks though is they are not geared towards women who work till 6pm. I either have to try to get in half a class at lunch or half a class after work or get up ungodly early to get a full class in the morning. Just saying some more 6-7PM or 630-730 time slots would be awesome for those of us who work full time.
