barre3 Physical Fitness Pilates New Orleans - Downtown

Barre3 is my absolute favorite form of exercise. I have been going for 18 months, and the classes continue to challenge me. It has helped me stay injury free during my half marathon training, and I feel stronger because of these classes.

By far my most favorite workout and place. I run half marathons and have always had pain in my hips as my mileage increases. Since starting Barre that pain is almost non existent and a major bonus is my balance has improved dramatically. I could go on and on about how much I love the staff and workouts at Barre 3.

Not only am I amazed by the changes that I'm seeing in my body, I'm amazed at the professionalism and level of service this studio offers. Every Instructor genuinely cares and gives it their all every class. I have been jogging and working out for years and have never been so toned since starting just 3 months ago. I have never loved my workout time as much as I love my workout time at Barre3. I'm so blessed to have been recommended by a friend and am so thankful to be a part of something so GREAT!!❤️

This is my happy place, even though they make me miserably sweat it out sometimes! Love the workout, the positive environment, the friendly instructors/staff. Coming here clears my mind and gives me what I need to move on with my week!
