I love the inclusive atmosphere at Being Yoga. It is truly a place where all ages, abilities, and body types are welcome. Work-Trade is even an option so it is affordable. Most importantly, the studio is clean and the teachers are all excellent. It's 90-minutes of bliss for your body, soul and mind.

The instructors are knowledgeable, inspiring and thoughtful as they guide us into poses. I am hooked on Gentle and Yin Yoga and love the people who run Being Yoga, the Yogini's who teach and the people who come to the sessions. It's a loving and safe community and everyone is so helpful.

After living and practicing in The City for over 15 years, I was skeptical in thinking I'd find another "home" for my practice. However, after starting my practice again--8weeks after giving birth to my first child, and over a year since I'd practiced last--I was happy to stumble upon Being Yoga. The facility is bright and clean, and the staff are warm and welcoming. Each teacher creates a different experience, which is difficult to find in the somewhat robotic dialogue of Bikram yoga. Parking is ample; and the variety of classes and times are ideal for a busy mom. I'm happy to say Ive found my new home for my practice!

I have been coming to Being Yoga since 2010 and have loved it since day one. There is peace, love, a non competitive atmosphere, mediation and Yin beside the Bikram and all around great teachers and great outfits to buy! I can't say enough. Come bend with us.

I have been going to Being Yoga and taking Bikram yoga for 4 1/2 years. It has made me feel so much better physically and mentally. I love the sweat and the concentration. Lots of wonderful people practice here as well as wonderful instructors.
