Amazing yoga options! If you are looking for a place to really understand the different types of yoga practices, this is your place. Plus, the teachers are wonderful. I have been attending One Yoga classes for a year and a half now and it is one of the best places. It also provides a feel good experience as it is a non-profit. Calms the mind, body and spirit.

🧡this studio! It is super welcoming and they have a nice variety of yoga classes. I am doing the intro offer 30 days for $30. I have been able to take classes from 3 different instructors each time and really enjoyed the different styles and vibes each teacher brings to their classes.

One Yoga 🧘♂️ is my favorite yoga studio ... I first came over 10 years ago. I have recently returned and I love the teachers and philosophy involved. This is not like hot yoga studios where it’s the same thing every time. I think the teachers at One Yoga work to lead students beyond the poses in into the heart, mind and soul. Obviously there are physical benefits to yoga but through meditation, chanting and breathing there’s so much more to gain. It has helped me with back and neck issues, anxiety, stress and given me a safe place to learn and explore. Ten ⭐️ stars!

One Yoga is by far the best yoga studio in the Twin Cities. Its very existence is more aligned with the true spirit of yoga, in that it is a non-profit and that it creates opportunities for people to access yoga, who traditionally lack access. Beyond that, the classes are better too. Great teachers, a calming space.

I love One Yoga and, although I have practiced at many studios, I have been coming here for 12 years and it's my favorite. The teachers are filled with loving kindness and there is always a wonderful variety of classes for all levels. Their outreach programs and nonprofit status really set them apart. I feel so lucky to have found them.
