Everyone steered me to Studio M when I needed to overcome troubling injuries and chronic pain. I just never imagined how much healing could happen here. Every trainer on staff has mastery and unique insights. All have inspired me to love this work. I owe the most to Sue Aslin, who solved my body's complex puzzle piece by piece -- and helped me find a path to wholeness. What a huge return on my weekly investment in private sessions: I know, trust and love my body again -- and have a full life back.

Several months after suffering a wrist injury and then back problems, I was still struggling to get back to my previous form. As a chef in a busy restaurant, I couldn’t afford to have an injury slowing me down. I discovered the trainers at Studio M and credit them with keeping me in the kitchen. I was able to heal completely through a combination of Pilates, Gyrotonics, IMT and therapeutic massage. I discovered a new awareness of my body mechanics and that I’m not helpless in the face of injury and aging.
