This is a really nice, well kept space. I took Cathy Lilly's Candlelight Yoga class. She was very attentive to every student and was genuine and very warm. Her knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics seems immense. Ms. Lilly definitely did not teach a generic Yoga class, she obviously took the time of day, and experience/skill of the students into consideration. I will certainly return to Naam Yoga for more classes.

I just spent two weeks on vacation in New York and tried yoga for the first time at Naam Yoga. Such a wonderful, relaxing, warm and welcoming place. I tried both the beginner classes with Janet and the Friday evening candlelight yoga with Cathy Lilly- I couldn't have asked for more - the best experience with the best instructors. x
