• Rachelle Schootz is a certified pilates instructor and physical therapy aide, trained in athletic conditioning. She focuses on the biomechanical and neuromuscular aspects of the body to optimize rehabilitation and strength training. She has over 100 hours of alignment and correctives training that focuses on correcting muscle imbalances and gait.
