I’m addicted! I love that you can go and get a full body work out - toning, strengthening and cardio all in one hour. The music is always fun and I LOVE that the workout is always different! (Keeps me from getting bored).

Love that you can get a great high intensity workout in an hour. You can choose the difficulty each time depending on how you feel. The instructors are all great and love the music. Clean studio and good location.

I have been doing Barre3 for two weeks now. I have 2 more weeks until my trek. I highly recommend Barre3. The Raleigh studio is awesome, and all the instructors are tuned in to where every individual is in his/her development. I am challenged by this program and can feel my overall fitness really improving. This program is a start for me to try to reach my maximum fitness level. There are studios all over the country.

Instructors. Studio. Classes. ALL AMAZING. This workout has changed my body and the one constant I make sure to include even as I add other workouts (spin, yoga, HIIT). While Ive been to studios in Austin, Atlanta, Denver, DC and Cleveland, I feel like Raleigh's classes have been the most challenging and hands on.
