The YogaLife Institute is a safe haven for all who desire to learn more about themselves through the ancient art and science of Yoga. We offer a Universal approach that is accessible to ages, shapes and sizes. Our teachers are knowledgeable and caring, and our studio is warm and welcoming.
We teach daily yoga classes to beginners, intermediate and advanced students, train yoga teachers and hold weekly yoga seminars and Weekend Intensive Programs on a variety of yoga, health & meditation topics for the public. In 2011, will offer our first 300 hour Comprehensive Yoga Therapy Training Program. We find that through a traditional philosophical education, simple language, experiential knowledge, movement and love, many of the people we meet and train are empowered to see life in a new light and live to their fullest capacity. It is our great joy and honor to offer the teachings of yoga to this community, and we invite you to join us and participate at the level that is comfortable for you. All you need is a desire to learn, and we’ll show you the rest.
From Philadelphia & Rt. 76: When you reach King of Prussia exits, take the exit for 202 South and Swedesford Road. Take the Swedesford Road Exit, at the stop light turn right onto Swedesford Road and make your first right 100 yards into the YogaLife parking lot. From the PA Turnpike: Exit at Valley Forge. Use the far right toll booths, exit your first right 100 yards from the Toll boths for Valley Forge/Upper Gulph Rd. See Wegmen’s store straight ahead. Go straight at this exit on Warner Rd, that circles the Wegman’s parking lot. Turn right at the first stop light at Swedesford Rd, find the left turn lane immediately and make a left into the parking lot. 860 is the middle building. From Norristown & Points North: Take 202 South, pass King of Prussia Mall on your right, continue straight on 202 S. across Upper Gulph Road before the transtion to highway. Stay in the right lane and follow the immediate exit for 422 West and Swedesford Road. Take the Swedesford Road Exit, at the stop light turn right onto Swedesford Road and make your first right 100 yards into the YogaLife parking lot. From West Chester/Paoli and Points South: take 202 North to the Devon Park Exit, N. Valley Rd/Valley Forge Rd. Merge onto E. Swedesford Rd. At light, turn left onto N. Valley Rd, 100 yards later, turn Right onto E. Swedesford Rd. Proceed 1.3 miles to 860 E. Swedesford Rd, turn right to YogaLife at Siepser Laser Eyecare Building. From Reading and Points West: take 422 East to Valley Forge area exit at First Avenue, this is just after the Valley Forge Park exit and just before Rt. 76. Go Right onto N. Gulph Rd to first light. Go Right onto Guthrie Rd, follow for 0.7 miles to first light. Go Left onto E. Swedesford Rd and immediately turn Right at 860 E. Swedesford Rd.
