We warmly welcome you to Boundless Way Temple of Worcester MA, a place of Zen Buddhist training and practice. Our regular practice schedule is as follows: Morning Practice is held Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 8 AM Evening Practice is held Tuesdays & Thursdays from 7 PM to 8 PM and Sundays from 7 PM to 8:30 PM. Be sure to check out our calendar for our talks & dokusan schedule, and for more information on daily meditation practice, talks, retreats, and workshops. People of all experience levels and walks of life are welcome to come to the Temple for any of our practice periods. You do not have to be a member to participate in our programs. If you are new to Zen, we recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to your first practice so that one of our resident teachers or practice leaders can explain basic forms before we go into silence, and answer any questions you may have. oundless Way Temple Mission We have created the Boundless Way Temple organization in order to support and sustain a place of vibrant Zen practice for ourselves, for those around us and for those who follow us. Our mission is to support the purposes and practices of Boundless Way Zen through sustaining a dedicated site for: Residential Zen retreats Training and special events Daily practice The Temple is guided by our resident transmitted teachers: Melissa Myozen Blacker, Roshi, James Cordova, Sensei, Diane Fitzgerald, Sensei, and David Dae An Rynick, Roshi. We are a non-profit religious organization governed by an elected Leadership Council. Our Vision We have created the Boundless Way Temple organization in order to move toward our vision to: Maintain the property at 1030 Pleasant Street so it remains a place of Zen practice in perpetuity Make appropriate upgrades to the building to better serve sesshin and training needs of BoWZ Support the presence and teaching of our resident teachers The daily operations and projects of the Temple are made possible through financial donations from members, friends and visitors. Your pledge and contributions pay for our ongoing expenses such as occupancy, utilities, supplies, and our contribution in support of our parent organization, Boundless Way Zen.
