Yoga has been a familiar, yet very inconsistent, part of my life for many years. I learnt about Aham Yoga from a friend when I mentioned I was keen on returning to it with more focus and commitment this time around. So I signed up for the beginner's series since I had a long break in my practice.

I came to Aham yoga before I got pregnant. I have had yoga ( or atleast what I thought was yoga) as part of my life for a while but working with Arundhati and her team really taught me the true essence of yoga. I was able to get stronger, be relaxed , have insane energy and feel absolutely wonderful about myself and the pregnancy.

I have an awesome experience everytime I go to Aham Yoga. It feels more like a community there. The teachers are filled with knowledge and every session is different and fun. I like that I'm not just a dollar sign. The teacher actually cares about ur practice and makes you feel seen. I've become much more flexible and gained endurance since attending Aham. Other studios I just feel like I'm doing cardio with some teacher just walking around telling me what to do. This place, they actually tell you how to do each pose properly and show you. I'd say, if you are looking for something beyond just a workout. Try Aham!

I found Aham Yoga after I pinched a nerve in my lower back. Since starting in February, my lower back has improved immensely along with my overall body strength and flexibility. Prior to finding Arundhati, I was skeptical about the lavish praise people showered on yoga.
