Pachānanda offers a foundation Yoga Teacher Training program in Vinyasa, Hatha and Restorative styles. This is a 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certified course. It covers asana alignment, Pranayama and Meditation techniques, Philosophy and Yogic texts, Ayurveda, energy anatomy, sacred space and authentic offering, the role of the teacher, creating and leading classes, and living your Yoga.
