Express yourself with our 60 minute Hatha Flow class which combines classical Hatha postures with movement. Hatha Flow helps lengthen and tone your muscles whilst flushing your internal organs, and boosting the body’s yogic energy system.Hatha Flow is perfect for those new to flow, yet also offers enough challenge to those seeking to work deeper.Bring your mat and towel or hire from the studio if you just want to walk in and walk out. Classes are conducted in our beautiful cosy warm Studio 2.
