Who we are Body Bliss Wellbeing is a long standing wellness studio in the heart of Hawksburn. Boasting a life span of over 10 years, this well loved residential home now houses classes promoting health and wellness through breath and movement. We offer a range of body movement classes, ranging from Yoga to Pilates and Align + Define Personal Training. We also offer private classes within all of these modalities. Welcome to our sanctuary, where time becomes obsolete and the mind is at rest. BODY BLISS YOGA Our signature Yoga class, Body Bliss Yoga focuses on breath through movement. This is a steady work out with the company of a small group whereby you move through a range of yoga poses in conjunction with deep breathing. KUNDALINI YOGA An uplifting and dynamic blend of the spiritual and physical, Kundalini Yoga incorporates movement and breathing techniques with meditation. Here we focus on relieving mental and physical stress whilst building vitality within the body. YOGA + MEDITATION Let us guide you through the many aspects of yoga and meditation with expert advice and simple explanation. One of our most popular classes, here we allow time for breath through movement of yoga poses and relaxation of the mind. PRENATAL YOGA + PILATES Our specialised prenatal classes provide safe and effective exercises to relax and strengthen your rapidly changing body whilst preparing you for a smooth pregnancy and easier childbirth. PILATES MAT Develop strength, flexibility and endurance whilst alleviating pain and tension in your body. As per all our classes, you will leave feeling mentally and physically revitalised.
