Circuito Integrado Pilates & Funcional

My testimony: For years, due to a shortening, I did RPG, Isostretching and thousands of other things to solve myself. I entered Crossfit which, due to my shortening combined with the lack of supervision in the box where I trained, caused an injury to my spine. That's when I discovered the Integrated Circuit. Today I am much less shortened, stronger, in good physical condition and the pain in my spine (which radiated to my legs and never left me alone) is gone. Thanks to the entire team at Circuito Integrado, who work miracles, especially Daniela and Júlia.

I loved all the facilities, the Functional space, the Pilates space and the Solo. Daniela and Carolina are to be congratulated for the Studio. I'm there and I don't leave, my body thanks you. I loved the Mormaii method.
