I've known the Society since 2019. There I took the Meditation Course for Beginners, participated in the free Shangas and in 2023 I took the MBSR. The instructors of all these experiences are wonderful, the place is pleasant and welcoming and the meditative experience is a true marker of positive changes in my life. Highly recommend!

The Vipassana Meditation Society (SVM) is a space that provides a safe path of self-knowledge through the practice of mindfulness meditation. For over ten years I have been attending meditations and lectures open to the public, especially on Thursdays at 7 pm and Saturdays at 4 pm. SVM was a milestone in my life, bringing balance, serenity and inner peace. I recommend it to all people who want an antidote to stress and reduce the level of anxiety, in a safe and comfortable environment. And what impresses me the most is the fact that these activities are developed and supported by a team of volunteers who welcome us with open arms and hearts.
