EcoFisio Pilates

My first experience with Pilates and it has been very positive. The exercises are adapted to each person's abilities and the intensity increases over the time necessary for personal evolution. Two months after the beginning of classes, I already notice physical differences, not to mention the well-being that the sessions bring. I highly recommend!

I did Pilates during my twin pregnancy at Eco Fisio Pilates and reaped all the benefits of this activity during pregnancy and after delivery. It helped a lot with pregnancy symptoms like pelvic pain, back pain and shortness of breath. I didn't have diastasis, I didn't have urinary incontinence either. I highly recommend Pilates for pregnant women and for postpartum mothers, recovery with LPF.
