I really like this pilates studio. The professionals are fantastic, they really have a lot of technique, and they know exactly how to approach your problem, whatever it may be! They have done miracles for my knee... The difference is unbelievable! The studio is located in the basement of the Drogaria Pacheco building at 315N, and is divided into several small rooms, each one perfectly equipped, and each professional is responsible for up to three people at a time, so each one receives a good amount of attention. The studio has lockers for everyone to store their stuff, and the basement of the building has a water filter and clean bathrooms. It's all very well taken care of! Another important thing: They meet some covenants! So be sure to check out what agreements are covered on their Instagram page (@studiomaispilates)! But even without the agreement, as is my case, the value of the plans is quite affordable, so it ends up being quite worth it!
