My experience was excellent!!! In a short time I improved my flexibility, breathing, balance and strength, in addition to leaving each class calmer. And what I liked most was the personalized service provided by Jaqueline, first she did a very thorough assessment with me and then she set up my workouts and every day I felt better and stronger. The studio is very well organized and clean!! So well being is complete!!! I just have to thank the whole team !!!! A big hug !!!

It's been a wonderful experience all the time I've been practicing Pilates there, as well as Osteopathy! An individual treatment, especially aimed at my physical needs, unfortunately interrupted due to the pandemic, as I belong to the risk group. I hope I can come back soon!!!
