The space is excellent! Very welcoming professionals! This company knows how to retain its customers, as soon as I hired I got a bag, a bottle and a calendar. And on some other commemorative dates they always give a treat. I've been doing Pilates at Soul Studio Pilates for 3 years. All teachers are physiotherapists and they are very good by the way. There is no way to choose the favorite(s). It has helped me a lot to keep up with my physical activity and not give up. The price is affordable. I recommend. Michelle (owner) keeps the studio very organized also in the administrative area.

I looked for a pilates studio for medical advice, due to a herniated disc in my lower back, but I had already tried so many other unsuccessful treatments that for me this was just one more. Today, I want to thank the team at Soul Studio Pilates, especially the physiotherapists Kalebe and Francilia, for the benefits I have received, in addition to having improved the pain in my lower back, I have also been contemplated with the improvement of my balance, giving me confidence to ride a bike . I was recently diagnosed with a "rotator cuff syndrome" and the indicated treatment was physiotherapy, and once again I resorted to the care of Kalebe, who is doing a wonderful job, praised by the orthopedist responsible for my treatment, I believe that soon I will have the my arm movements. Remembering that for the success of any treatment the patient has to have discipline.
