Studio 100 Pilates South-west

I've been doing pilates for almost a year at the studio and I really like it! I have been reaping results in terms of back and shoulder pain. The environment and the professionals (from the receptionist to the physiotherapists) are very welcoming. I thought it was well organized and the physiotherapists who assist me always demonstrate knowledge of the exercises and explain what is strengthening. I would like to thank Natasha who always warmly welcomes me at the reception and Ila who stays with me for longer periods of time in class. Highly recommend!

My experience at Studio 100 Pilates has been wonderful; It just made me feel good. I improved a lot not only in pain but also in well-being, lightness, weight loss, self-esteem, etc. Not to mention the personalized attention of our dear physiotherapists, receptionists and cleaning staff.
