It was simply wonderful! Ana is an excellent teacher and her explanations are always very clear and backed up by information. She has years of study and takes meditation very seriously and passes it on during the course. I've done some online "meditations" before but in doing this course I was really exposed to what a truly and real meditation is: you have a teacher helping you go deeper and deeper; after it is done, there is follow-up, discussion of what was that you saw, felt, heard. That helps the newbie in meditation to learn how to comprehend himself/herself and not be afraid to continue. And she was available via Whatsapp and responded to any questions, concerns, insights I had. As I said in the opening, it was simply wonderful! This is a practice I will continue to do. I've taken a few Meditation courses with Ana and the experience is always surprising and transformative. My first contact with meditation was with her many years ago, when I sought her out to help me deal with an anxiety attack triggered by my chronic migraine problem. And believe me: I changed medication controlled by meditation. Sensational! And now, I have just finished another journey with Ana, where I can say that meditation has helped me and find myself again, and see clearly that we build our reality. I'm just grateful.

I indicate the course both for those who want to start the practice of meditation and for those who already practice. I already practiced, but Ana took me on a deeper journey of self-knowledge and also of expanding the power of meditation. In a very didactic, inspiring, careful, loving way, she manages to guide us along this beautiful path and open doors for us to have autonomy in this process of discovery and transformation. I highly recommend the course!

What an incredible experience! I had already taken other meditation courses, but I confess that Ana surprised me with the depth and lightness with which she approaches the subject and conducts the practices. I really enjoyed it and I highly recommend it!

I met Ana through my sister. She told about her discoveries with such enchantment that I was curious.
