Sandra is the most creative and challenging Pilates and exercise instructor that I've ever met. Every class I took with her included new exercises I've never seen before and pushed me to my limits. Sandra inspired and encouraged me to do things I never thought were possible for me anymore and I now have new goals for how great my fitness can become. I will come back to São Paulo just to workout with her again. Consider yourself very lucky if you get the chance to train with her.
