I took my first class at Ghara almost two years ago, the experience was enough to never stop practicing. Hot Yoga is good for the body and soul, and with the support of great teachers and a great structure, everything is easier.

Very good place to practice hot Yoga, all the teachers are very attentive, the studio is very well maintained and has several treats like the cold towelette at the end of the class! It's very worth it!
