I’ve been going to Pilates with Kate for a long time now and have always found her to be very friendly, welcoming and professional. She has a wonderful way about her and makes her classes very engaging regardless of your ability or fitness. Her knowledge is second to none and for someone who has a serious underlying health issue I always feel that I am in safe hands.
During the pandemic I didn’t attend the online sessions and what a mistake that was! Pilates is all about strengthening your core and giving your body movement and flexibility. I wouldn’t be without my Pilates and view it as an integral part of my life which has had a huge positive impact on me and my well-being.
